4-29-2012: Iced Earth - Declaration Day
When Ripper Owens took over for Matt Barlow, I think no one really knew what to expect. They delivered with The Glorious Burden IMO. The follow up could have been better (I don't even remember the name of it). This is the first we heard of Ripper in Iced Earth and fuckin A! It does not disappoint!

I always thought this was some sort of death metal band (based solely on the name) until I decided to actually LISTEN to their music a few years ago. I'm glad I did. I actually prefer Ripper over their previous singer.
